The Tooth Fairy is coming tonight!

Sid's tooth came out today while she was brushing her teeth. That means the Tooth Fairy is coming tonight and I still don't know what the going rate is. HELP! The only help I've gotten so far is from Gail who received an IOU $1.00 from the Tooth Fairy in 1968. If the going rate was $1.00 in 1968, I'm going to have sell the house to cover what the Tooth Fairy must charge today. It's going to be a long night here. I imagine that Sidney will be so excited when she goes to bed tonight that she won't be able to sleep. (by the way Gail - thanks for the laugh about the IOU xoxo)
