Fun Day!

Today is the first day of my vacation. I gotta say, I love not having to go to work and playing with the kids. The girls start school on Monday, August 18th so I decided to take this week off and spoil the girls rotten. I figure they are going to be in school a very long time, so why not do some really fun things before they begin their career as students.

Today, we had doctor's appointments, shopping and hair cuts. The doctor said the girls are growing just fine and tested their development. They had to draw pictures, get their hearing and eyesite checked. Today was also the first time they were asked to pee in a cup. Sidney wanted nothing to do with that and didn't do it. Sophia embraced peeing in a cup, on the floor and all over my hand. While we were in the room, Sidney decided to do a stand up comedy routine that had my mom, myself and Sophia in stitches. We were laughing so hard, I know everyone on the floor could hear us. Who laughs like that at the doctor's office??? The girls also had to have 4 shots today. They weren't happy about that, but the stickers they got afterward made up for it. They also loved getting their hair cut and adding sparklies to it.

Tomorrow we are off to Six Flags. If you need to call us, you better call us on the cell. We do not have plans to stay at home!
